In this video Suzi Katz of Sequoia Web Design demonstrates how to work with blocks in Drupal. Blocks are the boxes of content that are visible around the margins of the main content area of a Drupal site site such as the sidebars. For the purpose of this demonstration, we’ll work with blocks in the right sidebar, and the footer region.

If you’re at all nervous about editing a live web site, this feature should give you confidence, because if you make a mistake that you don’t know how to fix, you can us the Revisions feature in your Drupal CMS site to restore the page to the way it was before you changed it.
